I received a watch last December which needed three links taken out of the band. I have not lived in the east bay for years and found this shop while driving through town. I entered the shop and was greeted by a gentleman who I believe is the owner.
I explained the situation and was assisted right away. The process was fast and easy. The shop looked organized and had some nice watches inside. The cost of removing the links was only $10. The man who removed the links was efficient and very kind. I will be going back for any future watch/jewelry needs. -

I had trouble with a clasp on my necklace and got some expert advice. In the end I decided to upgrade to a high quality metal. The owner ordered the chain to the correct specifications and attached my pendant in a more secure method. I'll return in the future as he is honest and does good quality work.

I came here to get a watch repaired, following reviews I found on Yelp. When I arrived, the gentleman was very nice but told me he doesn't do anything with watches, regardless of what was said on Yelp. He directed me to his watch maker which I might visit. I just wanted to write this review to let anyone else looking for watch repairs know not to come here, since he doesn't do watches.

On our way to an outing I stopped into Trans Jeweler to have him take a couple links out of a new watch. The work was completed while I waited. It was prompt and professional. As a bonus Mr. Tran was able to repair a delicate necklace my daughter had with her. We were in and out within 20 minutes and the cost was very reasonable. I plan on using Trans for all future repairs and am interested in his custom work. I strongly recommend Trans for top quality, timely repairs at a reasonable price.
